We take great care in delivering your products to you hence we partner only with renowned national & international courier companies to ship your orders. Our packaging does not have any branding, marking or product description to ensure you can have your order delivered anywhere you want to, even your place of work!
For order above Rs.1000 within the territory of Republic of India shipping is absolutely Free! For orders below Rs.1000 there is a nominal fee charged for delivery.

We ship your orders within 3-4 working days of order placement. You can expect your order to be delivered to you in 5-7 working days in major cities and 8 to 10 days for other location. You can track your order online once it is dispatched for delivery. In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver any items in your order, be assured full amount charged for the item will be refunded in case of online payments. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. Please note our shipping policy as follows:
- We currently deliver to all cities across India.
- We ship items within 3-5 working days of order placement.
- In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 5 working days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment*.
- To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through renowned courier agencies.
- While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. While you have ordered theproduct, it is likely possible that the product you have ordered has gone out of stock, in such circumstances, we will email you with closest match of the product for your prior approval with AN ADDITIONAL FREE GIFT FROM OUR SIDE. In event of no approval from your side, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment*.
- If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care or email us at email@example.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
- Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
*Note:In the event we have to cancel any items in your order, if you have paid using a credit card your credit card shall not be charged for the above cancelled item(s). If you have paid using a debit card/net-banking, your bank shall be instructed to refund the amount by us. However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your banks processing time, which may be 7-15 days. If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues with the same.
Is usually processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
If the merchandise you have selected is currently not in stock we will give you an expected shipping time at checkout or by a follow-up email.
The merchandise you order may be filled from several locations and so items may arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances. Your original shipping charge will simply be split across the multiple packages when your order is charged.
You will be charged for each shipment separately when it ships. The total charges for all the shipments will equal to the total for the entire order.

What is the return and exchange policy?
WE LOVE YOUR LOOK (BUT WE WON’T HOLD YOU TO IT).
Bought it but don’t love it? That’s OK. We’ve all been there.
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selections due to problem in product or manufacturing fault, we will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise or exchange your items within 5 days of delivery.
Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges.
There will no tolerance for chargebacks raised through your bank, payment authority or Credit Card Company. The cases of chargebacks will be simply denied.
You can return almost any Secrett Curves purchase for a refund or store credit, as long as your purchase is still in saleable condition. While we cannot accommodate every return, we value you and will always be reasonable. We ask that you do the same.
Our hassle-free return policy is part of our commitment to taking care of you every step of the way. More than anything, we want you to love our style as much as we love yours.
How do I return an item purchased on secrettcurves.com?
You have 5 days from the date of delivery to return your online purchase in saleable condition.
For items returned by mail, once we receive the item, items in saleable condition will be credited in 7 business days. It may take a few additional days to reflect on your account. Items returned in saleable condition to a store will be issued immediately.
Credit will be issued to the original form of payment. If you paid with a Gift Card,
you will receive your credit in the form of a Gift Card.
If you are the gift recipient, credit will be issued in the form of a “Happy Returns” Gift Card. Additionally, credit for gifts returned in store can also be issued to a Secrett Curves card or an existing Gift Card.
How can I obtain a new return label?
You can initiate your return via an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and a new return label will be sent to you.
Don’t have your packing slip / invoice?
Can I return merchandise that has been worn, used or altered?
No, we will not accept a return of merchandise that has been:
Returned without attached Secrett Curves tags, designer tags and/or any
accompanying material that were originally included.
All returns are subject to evaluation by Secrett Curves. Please see tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition.

Please try on swimwear and lingerie over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove any protective slips.
